1. About this site

This website is operated by Mohanji Bharat Welfare Foundation ("we", "us", "our") for Mohanji Datta Tapovan, Ganeshpuri. By using this site, booking a service, sponsoring a cause, or registering for an event, you agree to these terms.

2. Services & ritual bookings

Prices for rituals and services are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Some rituals (marked "Quote on request") are arranged individually by email.

3. Donations & sponsorships

Contributions made through this site — general donations, cause sponsorships, and recurring monthly donations — are voluntary and non-refundable once processed. Donation receipts are issued for all contributions. We're not yet registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, so contributions currently aren't eligible for an income-tax deduction under that section — PAN details are optional and kept on file for your own records.

Recurring monthly donations can be paused or cancelled at any time from My Account, and will stop before the next scheduled charge.

4. Event & retreat registration

Registering for an event or retreat means you confirm the details you've submitted are accurate and that you're responsible for your own attendance. The following payment and cancellation terms apply:

Payment terms

Booking confirmation — all bookings require payment to secure the reservation unless otherwise stated, received within 48 hours of booking.
Accepted payment methods — credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or other approved electronic platforms via PayU.
Instalment plans may be available for some events or services, by written agreement.
Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking with no refund, per the policy below.
Any additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled prior to departure.

Cancellation policy

Full refund — cancellations made more than 30 days before the event/service date.
25% fee — cancellations within 15–30 days.
50% fee — cancellations within 7–14 days.
No refund — cancellations within 7 days, or no-shows.
If we cancel an event or service, registrants receive a full refund.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of the request.

To cancel a booking, email mohanjidtbharat.manager@mohanji.org with your contact number. We'll handle cancellation disputes with understanding and flexibility, but our decision is final.

5. Accommodation

The ashram doesn't have overnight accommodation on-site. Nearby stay options can be arranged on request — see the FAQs or contact mohanjidtbharat.manager@mohanji.org.

6. Payment processing

Payments are processed by PayU. We don't collect or store your card, UPI or bank details — that's handled directly by PayU under its own security standards.

7. Accuracy of information

This site is under active development; some content, pricing and imagery shown is illustrative and subject to change. We try to keep information accurate and will correct errors as they're found.

8. Intellectual property

Text, images and design on this site belong to Mohanji Bharat Welfare Foundation or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our consent.

9. Limitation of liability

We provide this site and our services in good faith, but we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, attendance at an event, or participation in a ritual or retreat, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
